Hi there! My son had his ceremony last night. Where is the best place to see the photos taken by the photographers? Thank you!

This weekend we created Groups for the Ceremony Administrator to post photos of the event. If you have photos you should be able to post to the gallery. Stay tuned to this site under groups

Good morning fellow Army parents. My name is Carriann. I just joined this Group this morning. My son (only child), Andrew, is graduating high school this June and leaves for Basic in Ft. Benning, GA 19 days later. Being a military brat (Air Force) myself, I’m familiar with military life from the perspective of a child growing up around the world on military bases, but I’m in a new world now. I’d love to connect up with other parents of military members as I embark on this new path with my son. We attended the Our Community Salutes recognition ceremony for North Jersey last week and it was so inspiring. I was in awe. This is my son’s purpose in life so it makes it easy to watch him be excited, but I’m nervous naturally. I look forward to meeting others in this group!
    Enjoy your day!

Cariann, thanks for you post. I am an OCS-Connect Coordinator and was an AIr Force parent until late '17(my son served for 6 years). The site was launched just 2 weeks ago and those who recently attended or will be attending the upcoming ceremonies are being invited to register for the site. When my son attended the OCS Ceremony SJ in 2011 it provided a level comfort that the services really care about their people and take care of them. That was our experience during his 6 years of service.
